EN 50085 Trunking – What is it all about?
EN 50085-1:2005+A1: This standard specifies Dietzel Univolt mini-trunking meets requirements and tests for cable trunking systems and cable ducting systems intended for housing conductors, cables, and possibly other electrical equipment. Further, if necessary, for their separation for electrical protection in electrical installations and/or telecommunications systems. It is part 1 of the European Standard EN 50085, which has the status of a British Standard 1.
EN 50085-2-1:2006+A1: This standard specifies Dietzel Univolt mini-trunking meets the requirements and tests for cable trunking systems and cable ducting systems intended for mounting on walls and ceilings. It is part 2-1 of the European Standard EN 50085, which has the status of a British Standard 2.
